Sarah Castillo is a Fort Worth - based Hospitality entrepreneur and founder of TINIES Mexican Cuisine. Inspired by family, tradition, and community, her work centers on creating welcoming spaced where people feel at home.
Named after her mother, Tinie’s reflects Sarah’s belief that great hospitality starts with consistency, care, and respect for the people behind the experience. Her hands-on leadership and community -driven approach have made Tinie’s a beloved gathering place in Forth Worth’s Near Southside.

The restaurant was named in honor of Sarah’s Castillo mother, Christina Castillo nicknamed Tinie, who taught everything she knows about heart, hospitality and hard work.
Growing up, Sarah watched her mom turn simple meals into moments of connection.
Today, Tinies honors that legacy with dishes inspired by authentic Mexican recipes and craft cocktails. Every detail is touched by the influence of a mother whose love shaped a chef, a leader, and a restaurant concept grounded in tradition and truth.
